Starting Feb. 1, 2009, the Niobrara Health and Life Center is the first and only hospital in the state to join the Wyoming State Retirement!! The staff are very excited about this new benefit. The Board of Trustees considered a couple of different options but in the end the WRS is what got their attention and the attention of staff. Under this system full time staff 32 hours or more are eligible and are vested after 4 years. We are very proud of the Board for adopting this and looking out for our best interests.
